internship

Having ministered in many nations, it is obvious to me that the great need of Christianity is for well trained and equipped leaders. There are many good Bible Colleges available around the world, AMI has no interest to reproduce a Bible education, AMI offers an internship, which has a focus on "leadership development", a Bible education is needed but a Bible education will not produce an effective leader with authority and ability. Leaders reproduce leaders, AMI offers a customized intern training program that includes relationship with a proven leader.

1. The intension of AMI intern program is to develop leaders who;

  • Achieve personal wholeness, through intimacy with Christ and accountability with an apostolic leader.
  • Ministry character, like Christ, those who know the Word of God, apply it to their lives, resulting in a testimony of Christ, that brings credibility to their leadership.
  • Leaders who are Word and Spirit believers, that can demonstrate the power of the kingdom of God by the gifts of the Spirit, with integrity.
  • Leaders that are reproductive disciple makers, meaning that they can not only demonstrate the word and spiritual power of God, but can effectively in part it to others. Matt.28"18-20, Eph.4:11-13.
