What is affiliation about?

There are many churches and ministries that want to be connected with an apostolic ministry for a number of reasons. AMI has interest to serve the body of Christ at large, by  offering affiliation that supplies a variety of opportunity to be part of, or relate to, an apostolic ministry. AMI offers three categories of affiliation.

#1 Membership

Membership Church with AMI, a fully affiliated "Acts Community Church", those who through relationship and sharing of AMI values, practices and priorities want to be a member church with AMI.(These could be AMI church plants or adoptions) (contact AMI for info and application)

#2 Associate

Associate Church with AMI, a church that wants association but does not require a membership, or apostolic leadership, from AMI. May already have a membership with a denomination, but would also like to associate with AMI. (contact AMI for info and application)

#3 Friend

Friend of AMI, this is simply a church and their leadership who wants to have a friendship affiliation with AMI. They may already have denominational membership with an established denomination or group of churches, but would also like to have friendship exchange with AMI, for renewal, encouragement and sharing of ministry. Please be aware that we are not looking to just gather names of churches to a list of affiliation, for AMI we "really" know that as Christians everything begins and continues in the context of relationship and shared values.
